Conference Registration Fee: £400 Sterling for CDI members and £500 Sterling for non-members. Fee does NOT include lodging but will cover lunch and reception on 17 May and continental breakfast and drinks/lunch on 18 May. Registration fees must pre-paid by Visa/MasterCard (NOT AMEX) or direct transfer to our account.
Register early and save £££: Delegates registering before 1 March 2006 will get a £25 discount
Register and pay for 3 or more delegates at the same time and get a £25 discount (both discounts can be cumulated, giving a possible discount of £50/delegate)
